TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to restructure the Pfarrer Kneipp primary and lower secondary school in Bad Wörishofen. As part of the restructuring, in particular, the "Old gym hall" is to be demolished and a new building is to be erected in its place. The restructuring is carried out in 2 construction phases, construction phase 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "CP 1") and construction phase 2 (hereinafter also referred to as "CP 2"). The construction project is to be implemented using funding in accordance with Article 10 BayFAG. The specialist planning services for the technical equipment performance profile (HLS) of building services groups 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 for service phases 1 and 2 in accordance with the HOAI have already been provided.
