The contracting authority intends to restructure the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen. As part of the restructuring, in particular, the "Old Gymnasium" is to be demolished and a new building erected in its place. The restructuring takes place in 2 construction phases, Construction Phase 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "CP 1") and Construction Phase 2 (hereinafter also referred to as "CP 2"). The construction project is to be realized with funding according to Art. 10 BayFAG.
