TENDER DESCRIPTION

The client intends to restructure the Pfarrer-Kneipp primary and secondary school in Bad Wörishofen. As part of the restructuring, the "Old Gymnasium" is to be demolished and replaced with a new building. The restructuring will be carried out in 2 construction phases, construction phase 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "CP 1") and construction phase 2 (hereinafter also referred to as "CP 2"). The construction project is to be implemented with funding under Art. 10 BayFAG. The specialist planning services for the service specification Technical Equipment (HLS) of the equipment groups 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 for service phases 1 and 2 according to HOAI have already been provided.
