TENDER DESCRIPTION

Technical equipment, building services groups 4, 5 and 6 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 2-3 and 5-6 and 8-9 for the construction of a pavilion facility for the primary school at Hirschbergstraße 33, 80634 Munich. The State Capital Munich plans to build a new Mobile Room Unit (MRU) as temporary accommodation for various schools on the outdoor sports areas of the primary school at Hirschbergstraße 33. The MRU is to be constructed in timber system construction by a general contractor (GC). A BPlan is not available. Due to the planned period of use, an unbounded (unlimited) building-law application is required. The requirements for climate-appropriate construction must be observed. The new construction is to be designed for two school types with different requirements for use. First, the local primary school is to be relocated to the temporary accommodation for the duration of the general refurbishment with extension. After that, the temporary partial relocation of a neighbouring grammar school is planned.
