The contract timeline is as follows:

The framework agreement has an initial duration of 24 months. The client has the option to extend the agreement two times, each for an additional 12 months, under the same conditions. The client must communicate the exercise of this extension option to the contractor at least 3 months before the respective contract end. The framework agreement can be ordinarily terminated by the client after the first contract year, at the end of the calendar year, with a notice period of 3 months.

The core scope of work for this tender is the technical support and further development of the website www.gesundheitliche-chancengleichheit.de.

The Statement of Work (SOW) summarizes the following core deliverables and services:

• Takeover and Introduction: This includes the transfer and continuation of the web presence, independent familiarization with the Content Management System (CMS), a written inventory, proposals for problem resolution, quality assurance, and project management for this phase.
• Project Management: Coordinated project management is expected for all work packages.
• Ongoing Technical Maintenance: This covers the installation and testing of updates, patches, and software upgrades, ensuring technical functionalities, troubleshooting and bug fixing (first-level support), creating editor accounts, quality assurance, and support for the subsequent technical service provider at the end of the contract.
• Functional and Non-Functional Enhancements: This involves the integration of modern and needs-based elements, conducting feasibility and economic efficiency studies, ensuring compliance with the client's technical standards, and the technical implementation of concepts. This includes the conception, design development, implementation, quality assurance, and transfer of new components, functions, and extensions.
• Technical-Editorial Support and Page/Content Maintenance: Services include managing content and media, providing technical advice for content input, maintaining style guides, and ensuring an up-to-date web offering and editorial handbook.
• Technical-Conceptual Further Development, Consulting, and Creation: This involves conceptual advice on digitization, technical advice (e.g., on new CMS features), further development of the design to optimize the layout, and the conception and creation of visual, interactive, audiovisual, or animated elements.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Consulting: This includes advising on SEO and GEO strategies and their technical implementation.

Services explicitly excluded from this contract are professional/subject-specific editorial work, media production, and hosting.
