TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planning of the event and the description of the technical requirements are carried out by the Events Department (Fachbereich Veranstaltungen, FBV) of the AdK. The planning of lighting and media technology for exhibition projects, as well as the description of the technical requirements, are carried out by the Exhibitions Department (Fachbereich Ausstellungen, FBA) of the AdK. For each event, the FBV prepares an assignment/contract for the personnel requirements of all trades, including precise information on the start times for deployment and the planned duration of deployment. This assignment is, as a rule, sent to the contractor (AN) by email 14-21 days before the event, and at the latest two days before the event. This shall be deemed to be the assignment as long as no different change is communicated to the contractor (AN). In individual cases, the AN must be able to provide additional personnel at short notice (two hours). The same procedure applies to the FBA for exhibition projects of the Akademie der Künste.
