TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tendered service is the technical industrial cleaning in the following facilities: • Mechanical treatment plant with its structural facilities in the main building, dust house (cleaning of filter chambers and filter replacement) and ramp • Processing plant for waste wood and bulky waste (AAS, tipping hall) • Cleaning of the wood chip heating system (HOHAHE) • 2 redundant waste bunker dischargers (RMBA I+ II) with conveyor belts in the waste bunker • Relevant outdoor area (property area for the aforementioned facilities) according to the service description "Framework Agreement Technical Industrial Cleaning - Gradestraße Location" dated 01.06.2026. The personnel requirement resulting from the service description is typically 3-4 persons daily in one shift during normal operation. When operating all 4 loading bays, a personnel requirement of 5 - 6 persons is expected, divided into 2 shifts (usually 9 times a year for about 4 weeks).
