TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot includes the expert preparation of the offshore and landfall surveys required for the German section of the Baltic Sea Hydrogen Collector (HYBHC). The aim is to create a robust, consistent and awardable basis for the preparation, tendering and mobilisation of the subsequent survey activities. For this purpose, the available project, GIS and survey baseline materials are to be reviewed, assessed in terms of completeness, quality, maturity level and suitability for use, and existing data gaps, assumptions, interfaces, risks and decision requirements are to be documented in a comprehensible manner. The existing geophysical, geotechnical and environmental survey scopes are to be adapted to the selected offshore route and the landfall and consolidated taking into account the relevant requirements of the competent authorities. In addition, an overarching survey programme, a survey execution framework and a strategy for obtaining the required permits, notifications and consents are to be developed.
