TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tendered service includes the specialist project management (FPL) of a clearly defined technical sub-project within complex infrastructure projects in the high-voltage grid area. The specialist project management controls and coordinates technical services within a clearly defined area of responsibility; it does not assume overall project, client, construction management, or disciplinary leadership responsibility. Decision-making, representation, and approval responsibilities remain with the contracting authority or with the designated project functions. The estimated scope of the contract award (quantity) is specified in FTE (full-time equivalents) per year. Further information can be found in the service description.
