TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Brandenburg Museum for Future, Present and History is located on approximately 3,000 m² of usable floor space in the former horse stable (Kutschpferdestall), a listed building from the 18th century, and is accessed via a modern extension (built in 2003). In addition, the historic so-called Magazinverwalterhaus forms part of the building ensemble. As part of the last refurbishment in the years 2018-2020, the building services were modernised and modern event rooms were set up. Since April 2022, an exhibition on the state history of Brandenburg has been shown on the ground floor. On the upper floor, changing special exhibitions and events take place. On the roof floor there is a creative room for workshops and similar educational formats. The museum is open daily to visitors from Tuesday to Sunday. The technical building management for the Brandenburg Museum includes the planning, operation, maintenance, upkeep and optimisation of all technical facilities of the Brandenburg Museum so that it can be used safely, economically and reliably.
