In the above-mentioned property, tasks for Technical Building Management will be awarded to a service provider from 01.03.2027. The property consists of the following 3 sites, each with several building complexes: L0000578 - LVG Köllitsch - fields L0000579 - LVG Köllitsch - interior areas L0001804 - LVG Köllitsch - animal husbandry The total area to be managed is approx. 39,300.90 m² (gross floor area). The following facilities are located on the site: - Heat supply central including wood chip, pellet and biogas plant operation, as well as district heating network and transfer station within the buildings - Central air-handling systems and central/decentralised air conditioning systems - Sanitary-technical installations including wastewater and pumping stations - Fire-extinguishing systems - Lift systems - Complete electrical equipment of the buildings in interior and exterior areas - Substations with main/sub-distributions, grid replacement power units and Agri-PV - Central building management and control technology with DDC sub-station - Security-related technical systems (fire alarm systems, intrusion alarm systems, video systems, communication technology,…
