In the above-mentioned property, starting on 01.03.2027, tasks of Technical Building Management will be assigned to a service provider. The property consists of the following 3 sites, each with several building complexes: L0000578 - LVG Köllitsch - fields L0000579 - LVG Köllitsch - interior area L0001804 - LVG Köllitsch - animal husbandry The total area to be managed is approx. 39,300.90 m² (gross floor area).
