With this procurement procedure, DEG is seeking a contractor (AN) to take over technical building management with regard to DEG’s properties in Cologne. The services of the AN must ensure at all times operational and traffic safety, cost-effectiveness and preservation of value, as well as a high-quality appearance. The services of the AN include in particular: - taking over the operator’s obligations - maintaining the functional capability of the technical installations over the entire life-cycle period during the AN’s contract term - the obligation to handle resources efficiently - preserving the value of the buildings and installations - operational safety of the technical installations - sustainability of all services provided by the AN with regard to a long service life as well as cost-effective operation of the technical installations - consideration of and compliance with all relevant legal provisions and requirements, as well as the obligation to report new or amended legal provisions and requirements.
