TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under a framework purchase contract for the benefit of MiReHu Nonprofit Kft., procurement of parts for commercial vehicles and commercial vehicle chassis, as specified in detail in the procurement documentation, up to a maximum total net HUF 220,000,000 (maximum framework amount) until the relevant value threshold is met, in accordance with the technical specification defined in detail in the procurement documents. The contracting authority is not obliged to exhaust the maximum total framework amount during the term of the contract. During the term of the contract, the contracting authority undertakes to place minimum calls of at least net HUF 150,000,000 (minimum framework amount). In addition to the contracting authority’s call-up obligation in accordance with the minimum framework amount, the contracting authority is entitled, but not obliged, to order deliveries of parts. The subject of this public procurement procedure is: procurement of parts for trucks, tractors and trailers with a total mass exceeding 3.5 tonnes, and procurement of parts for special construction machinery.
