TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this open public procurement procedure is the maintenance, administration, support, monitoring, updates, and operational management of the security systems, as well as the extension of the Manufacturer’s support for the systems of the Contracting Authority listed in the Technical Specification. The service must include comprehensive support for the functional and secure operation of all systems, including corrective, preventive, and advisory activities, as well as installation, migration, and reconfiguration activities when required to maintain full system operability. The service specifically relates to the following functional units: • preventive maintenance and regular security updates • corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of incidents • administration of security platforms and related components • support to users and the Contracting Authority’s technical teams • monitoring, reporting and security recommendations • installation, replacement, migration and configuration optimization • cooperation with manufacturers, partners, and third parties when needed to resolve an incident or maintain warranty.
