TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this open public procurement procedure is the service of maintenance, administration, support, monitoring, updates and operational management of security systems, and the extension of the Manufacturer’s support for the systems of the Contracting Authority listed in the Technical Specification. The service must provide comprehensive support for the functional and secure operation of all systems, including corrective, preventive and advisory activities, as well as installation, migration and reconfiguration activities when required to maintain full operational capability of the system. The service particularly relates to the following functional units: • preventive maintenance and regular security updates • corrective maintenance and incident handling • administration of security platforms and related components • support to users and the Contracting Authority’s technical teams • monitoring, reporting and security recommendations • installation, replacement, migration and configuration optimization • cooperation with manufacturers, partners and third parties when necessary to resolve an incident or maintain the warranty The security systems that are the subject of…
