TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this open public procurement procedure is the service of maintaining, administering, providing support, monitoring, updating, and operating security systems, as well as extending the Manufacturer’s support for the systems of the Contracting Authority listed in the Technical Specification. The service must include comprehensive support for the functional and secure operation of all systems, including corrective, preventive, and advisory activities, as well as installation, migration, and reconfiguration activities when needed to maintain full operational capability of the systems. The service specifically relates to the following functional units: • preventive maintenance and regular security updates • corrective maintenance and incident resolution • administration of security platforms and related components • support to users and technical teams of the Contracting Authority • monitoring, reporting, and security recommendations • installation, replacement, migration, and configuration optimization • cooperation with manufacturers, partners, and third parties when necessary to resolve incidents or maintain the guarantee The security systems that are the subject of…
