TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this open procedure of public procurement is the service of maintenance, administration, support, monitoring, updates, and operational management of security systems, as well as the extension of the Manufacturer’s support for the systems of the Contracting Authority specified in the Technical Specification. The service must include comprehensive support for the functional and secure operation of all systems, including corrective, preventive, and advisory activities, as well as installation, migration, and reconfiguration activities when required to maintain full operational capability of the system. The service specifically relates to the following functional units: • preventive maintenance and regular security updates • corrective maintenance and incident handling • administration of security platforms and related components • support to users and technical teams of the Contracting Authority • monitoring, reporting, and security recommendations • installation, replacement, migration, and optimization of configurations • cooperation with manufacturers, partners, and third parties when needed to resolve an incident or maintain warranty The security systems that…
