The contracting authority (AG) assigns to the contractor as a general contractor for the trade “Interior fit-out” the construction and planning services for the general refurbishment of the existing building, in particular site establishment, internal scaffolding and work platforms, dismantling and clear-out works, masonry, drywall works, light ceilings, locksmith/metalworker works, internal plastering, screed works, interior doors, painting works, parquet works, natural stone works and tiling works together with maintenance services. The scheduling framework conditions require that the general refurbishment is completed at the same time as the extension building is completed.
