The contract subject is the construction services, including proportional planning services, for the Technical Equipment (MEP) services for the new building of adult psychiatry of KRH - Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH - in Wunstorf according to the functional service description. The contract includes: - sewage, water, gas systems, - heat supply systems, - ventilation systems, - high-voltage systems, PV system - telecommunications and information technology systems, - usage-specific systems, and - building automation The contract does NOT include: conveyor systems and kitchen equipment Product information In the functional service description, except for cost groups 410, 450, and 480, no reference products or mandatorily to be executed products are specified by the client.
