TENDER DESCRIPTION
At the Bad Salzuflen location of Klinikum Lippe GmbH, the existing building of the child and adolescent psychiatry will be almost completely dismantled. The measure serves to prepare for the construction of an adjacent new building. The overall construction measure is carried out in two construction phases. In the first construction phase, the dismantling of the existing building including the necessary securing measures for the DRK building takes place. In the subsequent second construction phase, the new building will be erected. The construction site setup will be established at the beginning of the measure and will remain throughout both construction phases.
