TENDER DESCRIPTION
At the Bad Salzuflen location of Klinikum Lippe GmbH, the existing building of the child and adolescent psychiatry will be almost completely dismantled. The measure serves to prepare the construction of a new building immediately adjacent. The overall construction project will be carried out in two phases. In the first phase, the existing building will be dismantled including the necessary safety measures for the DRK building. In the subsequent second phase, the new building will be erected. The construction site setup will be established at the beginning of the measure and will remain in place during both construction phases.
