TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Bad Tölz – Wolfratshausen intends to refurbish the existing Nikolaus-Trischberger-Schule in part and to extend it in part. The subject of the contract are the full services for object planning of buildings and interiors pursuant to §§ 33 ff HOAI 2021 for the service phases LPH 1-9. The project will implement the energy refurbishment (facade and roof surfaces) and the partial restructuring of the existing building stock, as well as two additional new-build projects with a total of 6 classrooms (ground floor, upper floor) and a replacement workshop room for carpentry work (ground floor). In addition, a ground-floor extension is intended to expand the existing school assembly hall and to enable the integration of a secretariat. The need for additional differentiated learning rooms for the vocational preparatory year groups will be met within the existing building. The sanitary areas (ground floor) in the existing building must also be restructured and adapted to today’s requirements.
