TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Bad Tölz – Wolfratshausen intends to partially refurbish and partially extend the existing Nikolaus-Trischberger school. The subject of this contract comprises the full scope of services for the object planning of buildings and interiors pursuant to §§ 33 et seq. HOAI 2021, service phases (LPH) 1-9. The project includes the energy-efficient refurbishment (façade and roof surfaces) and the partial reorganisation of the existing building stock as well as two supplementary new-builds with a total of 6 classrooms (ground floor, first floor) and a replacement workshop for carpentry works (ground floor). In addition, a ground-floor extension is intended to expand the existing assembly hall (pausenhalle) and enable the integration of a secretariat. The need for additional differentiation rooms for the vocational preparation year groups will be met within the existing building stock. The sanitary areas (ground floor) in the existing building also must be reorganised and adapted to today’s requirements.
