TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction services described in this invitation to tender relate to the sub-measure Mauergrünzug in the district of Pankow, in the area of landscaping and garden construction. The contract is awarded by Grün Berlin on behalf of DB InfraGO AG. With the planning approval decisions for the Dresdner Bahn project, measures are established for the areas of the so-called Mauergrünzug in Berlin-Pankow as a replacement measure. The scope of services includes the felling of 426 tree trunks (DBH 30-150 cm), ground-level reduction/cutting back of 11,365 m² of dense woody growth (height 2.0 - 8.0 m), and the maintenance pruning of 56 ornamental cherry trees.
