TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is execution services for the trades of Technical Equipment of cost groups 410 to 430, 460, 470 in accordance with DIN 276 (2018) (without electrical systems) for the new building of the 2nd construction phase of ViDia Kliniken Karlsruhe. The second construction phase is created directly next to the completed first construction phase (replacement new building 1) and is fully integrated into the existing hospital campus in technical, organizational and operational terms. Planned, among other things, are the expansion of the operating and intensive care areas as well as additional areas for radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, oncology, pneumology, endoscopy, diabetology, and thoracic and vascular surgery; furthermore the hospital pharmacy as well as additional examination, treatment and ward areas. In total, approximately 24,000 m² of usable floor area (NUF) are expected to be created.
