TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender comprises execution services for the trade(s) Technical equipment in cost groups 410 - 430, 460, 470 in accordance with DIN 276 (2018) (without electrical systems) for the new construction of the 2nd construction phase of ViDia Clinics Karlsruhe. The second construction phase is built directly next to the completed first construction phase (replacement new build 1) and will be fully integrated into the existing hospital campus, from technical, organizational and operational perspectives. Plans include, among other things, the expansion of operating and intensive care areas as well as additional areas for radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, oncology, pneumology, endoscopy, diabetology, and thoracic and vascular surgery; furthermore, the hospital pharmacy as well as additional examination, treatment and ward areas. In total, approximately 24,000 m² of usable floor area (NUF) is expected to be created. The services include: wastewater, water and gas systems, heat supply systems, room air handling systems, lifting systems, use-specific and process engineering systems (mechanical), systems for medical gases (oxygen, compressed air, vacuum,…
