TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender are execution services for the trades of technical equipment in cost groups 440, 450 and 480 in accordance with DIN 276 (2018) (electrical systems) for the new build of Construction Phase 2 of ViDia Kliniken Karlsruhe. The second construction phase is created directly next to the completed first construction phase (replacement new build 1) and is fully integrated into the existing hospital campus in technical, organizational and operational terms. Planned measures include, among other things, the expansion of the operating and intensive care areas as well as additional areas for radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, oncology, pneumology, endoscopy, diabetology and thoracic and vascular surgery, as well as the hospital pharmacy and further examination, treatment and ward areas. In total, approximately 24,000 m² of usable floor area (NUF) are expected to be created. The services include: Electrical systems.
