TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is execution services for the trades of technical equipment corresponding to cost groups 440, 450 and 480 in accordance with DIN 276 (2018) (Electrical installations) for the new build of the 2nd construction phase of the ViDia Kliniken Karlsruhe. The second construction phase is being built immediately next to the completed first construction phase (replacement new build 1) and is fully integrated into the existing hospital campus in technical, organisational and operational terms. Planned measures include, among others, the extension of operating and intensive care areas as well as additional areas for radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, oncology, pneumology, endoscopy, diabetology, and thoracic and vascular surgery; in addition, the hospital pharmacy as well as further examination, treatment and ward areas.
