TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is planning services for the technical building equipment (TGA) in accordance with HOAI service phases 2 to 9, including hospital-specific necessary special services for the new-build of the 2nd construction phase of ViDia Kliniken Karlsruhe. The second construction phase is being built directly next to the completed first construction phase (replacement new-build 1) and will be fully integrated into the existing hospital campus in technical, organisational and operational terms. The project plans include, among other things, the expansion of operating theatre and intensive care areas as well as additional areas for radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, oncology, pulmonology, endoscopy, diabetology and thoracic and vascular surgery; in addition, the hospital pharmacy and further examination, treatment and ward areas. In total, approximately 24,000 m² of usable floor area (NUF) are expected to be created.
