TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender are planning services for Technical Building Services (TGA) according to HOAI service phases 2 to 9, including hospital-specific necessary special services for the new-build of the second construction phase of ViDia Clinics Karlsruhe. The second construction phase is being created immediately adjacent to the completed first construction phase (replacement new build 1) and is to be fully integrated into the existing hospital campus from a technical, organisational and operational perspective. The plans include, among other things, the extension of operating and intensive care areas as well as additional areas for radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, oncology, pneumology, endoscopy, diabetology, and thoracic and vascular surgery, as well as the hospital pharmacy and further examination, treatment and ward areas. In total, approximately 24,000 m² of usable floor area (NUF) are expected to be created.
