TENDER DESCRIPTION
The client intends to redesign the complex of the local primary school in a way that is fit for the future and to adapt it to modern educational standards. For this purpose, partial demolition of the existing building stock, a partial new construction, and a partial renovation of the remaining building stock are planned. The client intends to award engineering services within the scope of the specialist planning service profile structural engineering planning in accordance with §§ 49 et seq. HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Appendix 14 to HOAI, service phases 2 - 6, as well as building physics services in accordance with § 3(1) HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 1, point 1.2 HOAI.
