TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pursuant to Section 29(2) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt), this procurement procedure is conducted by the authorised contracting authority acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority jointly, namely Budapest Főváros XIV. kerület Zugló Önkormányzata (Budapest, XIV District, Zugló Municipality) as represented by the authorised contracting authority on behalf of the jointly acting contracting authorities, namely the Zuglói Egyesített Bölcsődék and Budapest Főváros XIV. kerület Zugló Önkormányzata. Under this procedure, food and cooking ingredients, including milk, dairy products, and dietary ingredients, are to be procured for the Zuglói Egyesített Bölcsődék by means of a sale and purchase contract for a total framework quantity of 68,440 l / 19,885 kg, including: • milk: 67,940 l • cottage cheese: 2,725 kg • cheese: 4,155 kg • yoghurt, kefir, pudding, cream: 1,620 kg • margarine, butter, butter cream, cheese cream: 6,645 kg • sour cream, cream: 500 litres / 4,720 kg • baking yeast: 20 kg, for a period of 18 months from the date the contract enters into force (+ 6 months, with the possibility of extension).
