The supplier must demonstrate high creativity, flexibility, and strong communication skills, with an organizational structure capable of adapting personnel competence and resources as needed. They are also expected to propose alternative solutions to best meet event requirements.

• Event Management & Execution: Project management and execution of events, with a strong focus on hybrid events to ensure a similar experience for both digital and physical participants. This involves supporting content production, working within specified digital platforms or providing high-quality streaming solutions with interactive features, and delivering event recordings.
• Technical Provisions: Ensuring all technical needs are met, including providing appropriate internet connectivity for hybrid events.
• Venue Support: Assisting in finding suitable venues that address logistics, catering, and furnishing requirements for on-site participants.
• Planning & Coordination: Developing clear project plans with the client for pre-production, rehearsal, and execution phases.
• Personnel Provision: Supplying competent personnel with documented experience and adequate training for various roles such as project managers, lighting technicians, AV technicians, stage builders, riggers (certified for heights over 10m), and "stagehands" and tent erectors (over 18 years old and accustomed to physical work). Personnel must primarily speak Swedish.
• Equipment Management: Providing, replacing, and disposing of broken equipment, offering equivalent loan equipment, and adhering to a guaranteed response time of no more than 90 minutes for acute equipment failures. All equipment documentation (instructions, product sheets, manuals) must be in Swedish or use standardized symbols.
• Safety and Security: Implementing safety measures for all events, including ensuring unblocked emergency exits, readily available first aid equipment and fire extinguishers, and cable protection.
