TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement covers technical trade supplies and equipment (property maintenance supplies) acquired for the Tampere Subregion municipalities (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti, Ylöjärvi), which the Contracting Authority collects from the Supplier’s store as required. Within the part, the tenderer shall submit a tender municipality/city by municipality/city in accordance with the requirements of the invitation to tender. DIVISION OF THE PROCUREMENT Of the tenders received for each municipality/city, two (2) tenderers that submitted the most advantageous tenders are selected as Suppliers. During the contract period, the Contracting Authority purchases the Products from the Suppliers in accordance with which Supplier is closer to the respective worksite where the Products are to be procured. If, in the tender competition, only one tender that complies with the invitation to tender is received, the Contracting Authority has the right to select only one Supplier for the contract.
