TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is technical supplies and equipment (property maintenance supplies) to be acquired for the Tampere Surrounding Municipalities (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti, Ylöjärvi), which the Contracting Authority collects from the Supplier's store as needed. Within this part, the bidder must submit an offer municipality/city-specifically in accordance with the requirements of the request for tender. DIVISION OF PROCUREMENT From the offers received for each municipality/city, two (2) bidders who have made the most economically advantageous offers will be selected as Suppliers. During the contract period, the Contracting Authority will procure products from the Suppliers based on which Supplier is closer to the site for which the products are being procured. Should only one bid conforming to the request for tender be received in the tendering process, the Contracting Authority has the right to select only one Supplier for the contract.
