TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns technical supplies and equipment (property maintenance supplies) for the Tampere Suburban Municipalities (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti, Ylöjärvi), which the Contracting Authority will pick up from the Supplier's store as needed. Within this part, the tenderer must submit an offer per municipality/city in accordance with the requirements of the request for tender. DIVISION OF PROCUREMENT From the bids received for each municipality/city, two (2) suppliers offering the lowest price are selected as Suppliers. During the contract period, the Contracting Authority will procure Products from the Suppliers based on which Supplier is closer to the specific site where the Products are needed. If only one offer compliant with the request for tender is received in the tender competition, the Contracting Authority has the right to select only one Supplier for the contract.
