TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is technical trade supplies and equipment (property maintenance supplies) to be acquired for the Tampere Sub-regional Municipalities (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti, Ylöjärvi), which the Contracting Authority collects from the Supplier’s shop as required. Within the part, the tenderer shall submit an offer separately for each municipality/city in accordance with the requirements set out in the invitation to tender. DIVISION OF THE PROCUREMENT From the tenders received from each municipality/city, two (2) tenderers that have submitted the lowest-price tenders are selected as Suppliers. During the contract period, the Contracting Authority purchases the Products from the Suppliers according to which Supplier is closer to the relevant construction site where the Products are to be procured. If, in the tender competition, only one tender that complies with the invitation to tender is received, the Contracting Authority has the right to select only one Supplier for the contract.
