The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract start date: October 15, 2026.
• Contract end date: October 14, 2028, for the initial period.
• Total duration: The framework agreement has an initial validity period of 2 years, with an option for extension for a maximum of 2 additional years, one year at a time. This allows for a total potential duration of up to 4 years. The client has the right to unilaterally decide on these extensions.
• Key milestones/phases:
• The framework agreement will cease to apply at the end of the contract period, after any extensions, or when the agreed maximum volume is reached, whichever occurs first.
• Assignments initiated under the framework agreement's validity must be completed according to the contract, even if the framework agreement itself has expired.
• A specific timetable for each individual assignment will be set during the call-off process.
• The consultant must provide preliminary information regarding the assignment's execution within two (2) working days of the call-off.
• Unless otherwise agreed, assignments should commence within two (2) weeks from the assignment confirmation, following the agreed timetable.
• An introductory meeting will be held when the framework agreement becomes effective.
• Annual follow-up, evaluation, and planning meetings will take place between the client and each framework agreement supplier.
• For each assignment, a start-up meeting must be held as soon as possible after the call-off, typically within two working days.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of technical consultancy services in the VVS (heating, cooling, sanitation, ventilation, and VVS control) area.

The Statement of Work summary includes:

• Purpose: To secure access to the necessary technical expertise, at the appropriate time, and with the required quality for the client's operations. It aims to ensure the client's ongoing need for relevant consultancy services throughout the framework agreement's validity period.
• Assignment Types: Services can cover an entire project or specific parts, including installation management, inspection, control assignments, and acting as an expert in VVS-related matters.
• Project Focus: Assignments can pertain to new construction, renovations, extensions, and maintenance/management-related measures.
• Deliverables: For each assignment, the consultant must produce required documents such as Project Memorandums (PMs), investigations, technical documents, drawings, calculations, schedules, as-built documentation, and other requested documentation. These documents must be prepared and delivered according to the client's instructions, document standards, file structure, and applicable industry standards.
• Execution Quality: Services must be carried out professionally and with high quality, adhering to the framework agreement's conditions, individual call-offs, and applicable provisions of ABK 09.
• Exclusions: The scope is limited to services specified in the call-off and the framework agreement, with additional or changed work handled separately. There is no guaranteed volume or scope of assignments.
