The contract is estimated to be valid from November 2, 2026, to November 1, 2030. This results in a total duration of approximately four years. The client has the option to terminate the agreement at the earliest after 6 months, with a required written notice period of 6 months.

Regarding key milestones or phases, specific times for the execution of works are agreed upon for each individual call-off. For every assignment, a separate order will be prepared, detailing the scope, timeline, and any budget costs. If requested by the client, the consultant must provide a written time plan for the assignment, based on the client's specified timeframes, and this final time plan will be established in consultation with the client. The start of each assignment is specified at the time of the call-off, depending on the nature of the assignment.

The core scope of work for this tender, under the framework agreement, involves technical consultants specializing in the Architecture - construction field. The consultants' primary role will be to investigate and plan assignments specifically related to municipal buildings.

Key tasks and deliverables include, but are not limited to, the development of:

• Program bases
• Program documents
• Color schemes
• Preliminary sketches
• Floor plans
• Material selections
• Illustrations
• Illustration plans
• Site plans

It is noted that the client does not guarantee a specific call-off volume for the agreement period, as this depends on budget, needs for new constructions, renovations, and other measures within the client's managed property, as well as political decisions. The framework agreement is non-exclusive, and the client has the right but no obligation to make call-offs from it.
