TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement comprises framework agreements for carrying out individual consultancy assignments within specific projects of varying size, covering both smaller and larger projects for new construction, extensions, maintenance and/or conversions, as well as smaller rental tenant adaptations and extensions across the entire Contracting Authority’s property portfolio. The assignments may cover all or parts of the planning and design process, from feasibility studies and system or construction documents to as-built documentation, as well as technical advisory services and follow-up during construction production. The scope also includes technical investigations, analyses and coordination linked to operational, energy and environmental improvement measures.
