TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement covers technical consultancy services, accessibility. The assignment includes, for example, designing accessibility adaptations, inventorying, reviewing and reading drawings, as well as producing proposals for measures and presenting technical solutions for how it is to be drawn/built/constructed. The typical phases are: analysis, investigation and inventory feasibility studies technical design documents (system documentation) construction documents contractor’s coordination/relational documents (as-built documentation) advisory services, e.g. regarding materials and color selection working with reference groups review inspection case handling. The consultant shall have knowledge/understanding of the building permit process. For inventorying existing facilities, the results of what is to be remedied shall be entered into the accessibility database specified by the Contracting Authority. The framework agreement is divided into different services within the area according to the appendix competence-controlled allocation key.
