TENDER DESCRIPTION

KG is now procuring this Framework Agreement to find a Total consultant who, under the terms set out in the complete tender material, can assist with planning, design, and implementation, in step with final clarification of scope and financing. It will be total consultancy, including architectural and engineering services in connection with construction works of varying scope focusing on conversion, renovation, maintenance as well as planning thereof, technical installations, etc., based on a Master plan that also must be revisited continuously. The consultancy is provided in accordance with the Service Description for Construction & Landscape 2018 (YBL 18), prepared by the Association of Consulting Engineers (FRI) and Danish Architectural Firms, as well as the Supplement to service descriptions for sustainability.
