TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement without reopening the competition between the contracting authority and the contracting entities on the one hand and a single supplier on the other hand, under which the supplier will provide to the contracting authority and the contracting entities electronic communications services, to include, to the extent of: a) voice services for the contracting authority’s fixed telephone numbers provided via the supplier’s electronic communications network, b) mobile voice services, SMS and MMS, including optional data variants, c) mobile data services for technological devices via data SIM cards, d) international calling and roaming, e) a private APN for secure data communication of selected SIM cards, f) voice virtual private networks (VPN) including all the contracting authority’s and the contracting entities’ mobile and fixed numbers, g) supplies of SIM/eSIM cards, porting of existing telephone numbers and other services, and performance of the requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation (ZD), h) ensuring all activities related to the provision of the services and performance of…
