TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is telemedical services and medical and/or therapeutic video interpreting for persons held in custody in all five correctional facilities of the Free State of Thuringia and in the deportation detention facility. The aim of the invitation to tender is to ensure, within the responsibility of the judicial authorities towards prisoners or persons accommodated, the provision of the necessary, adequate and appropriate medical care, which, by virtue of the principle of equivalence, must be oriented towards the requirements of statutory health insurance (§§ 73(1) ThürJVollzGB, 24 ThürSVVollzG). For the deportation detention facility, the obligation follows from § 106(2) sentence 3 AufenthG. in conjunction with §§ 171 and 56 et seq. StVollzG.
