TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of the urban plan of Belváros-Lipótváros and the related documents, as well as the performance of consulting tasks related to them according to the provisions of the planning contract. The task defined as the subject of the planning contract is the preparation of the urban plan (urban development plan and urban zoning plan) according to Act C of 2023 on Hungarian architecture for the entire administrative area of Belváros-Lipótváros, including the elements set out in the Urban Zoning Regulations, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree 419/2021 (VII. 15.) on the content, preparation and adoption of urban plans and certain specific legal institutions of urban zoning. In connection with the urban plan, the work shall include the preparation of a foundational study, supporting proposals and evaluation documentation, other related studies and analyses, the development of multiple variant development packages, examination of individual modification requests related to the district building regulations, performance of other consulting tasks related to the urban plan, execution of planning tasks related to the preparation, modification of the urban plan and…
