TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contractual framework agreement for the warranty and post-warranty maintenance, repair, and spare parts supply of winter and summer adapters of various functions and makes owned by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. at its engineering offices (parts 1-4). Contractual framework agreement (part 1) for the warranty and post-warranty maintenance, repair, and spare parts supply of Hidrot and Epoke winter and summer adapters of various functions and makes (currently a total of 1786 pcs) owned by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. (contracting authority), necessary for carrying out the nationwide road maintenance tasks defined by legislation, until the net framework amount of HUF 2,100,000,000 specified in the contract is exhausted, but no later than the expiry of a fixed term of 12+12 months from the effective date of the contract, covering the entire territory of Hungary. The contracting authority undertakes an order obligation for 70% of the framework amount.
