TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority (hereinafter: CA) intends to procure (purchase) under the subject DPS - among others but not exclusively - the following products in this category: - Teas (tea bags, instant tea, etc.) Estimated value: based on Section 18 (2) of Act CXLIII of 2015 on Public Procurement (hereinafter: PPA), the estimated highest total value of contracts to be concluded in this category throughout the entire duration of the DPS is HUF 120,000,000 net. CA draws attention that establishing the DPS does not impose a total withdrawal/utilization obligation for this amount on CA. Quantity: due to the nature of use, the exact number of products to be procured under the DPS cannot be determined precisely at this stage of the procedure. Based on experience from the previous period, the calculated quantity related to this estimated highest net total value approximates to 100,704 boxes and 36,792 pieces of the two types of products. The actual quantity procured may differ from this calculated/approximate data.
