TENDER DESCRIPTION
The assignment includes the performance, analysis and reporting of validated temperature measurements (temperature mapping) in cold and freezer rooms, refrigerators and freezers and refrigerated trucks for the regional offices, the Z building in Bilthoven and the emergency stock storage at Uithof in Utrecht. This is for assessing the temperature distribution and stability, in accordance with the applicable GDP guidelines. The estimated value for this tender amounts to € 570,000 exclusive of VAT. For this procurement process, the RIVM intends to enter into a framework agreement with one contractor, for a maximum duration of four years.
