TENDER DESCRIPTION
Nest is seeking to appoint one supplier to provide, implement and support one hosted software-as-a-service solution for Nest Invest, comprising two mandatory capabilities: Asset Allocation and Total Portfolio View. The Asset Allocation capability must support Nest Invest’s multi-level fund-of-funds structure and its controlled, model-driven asset allocation process. This includes strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio modelling and optimisation, configurable targets, limits and tolerances, portfolio rebalancing, asset restrictions, workflow and approval controls, auditability, scenario analysis and the generation of implementation instructions or outputs for downstream parties. The Total Portfolio View capability must provide a consolidated view of Nest Invest’s portfolio across public and private assets, including positions, exposures, performance and look-through information where available. It must support aggregation and analysis across Nest Invest’s fund structure.
